Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Azetly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Your use of this application is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Beta Release Status

Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To use Azetly, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure quality service for all users, the following limits apply:

• Storage Limit: Each user account is allocated 100MB of storage for documents and images
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for 45 consecutive days will be automatically deleted, along with all associated data
• Acceptable Use: You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

User Content and Data

Your Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload to Azetly. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Data Privacy Commitment

We will NEVER sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or store:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content that violates privacy or data protection laws

Service Availability and Reliability

Best Effort Basis

We strive to maintain the Service and keep it available 24/7. However, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Data integrity or preservation
• Service performance or speed

Maintenance and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Update features and functionality
• Change these Terms with or without notice

Hosting and Infrastructure

The Service is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the East US region. While we implement industry-standard security measures, you acknowledge that:

• No system is completely secure
• Data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks
• We rely on third-party infrastructure providers
• Service availability depends on external factors beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

Data Backup Responsibility

During the beta release, NO automated backups are performed.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backup copies of your data
• Exporting your data regularly
• Protecting against data loss
• Verifying data accuracy and completeness

We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of any critical information stored in Azetly.

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion:

• All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days
• You will lose access to all stored information
• This action cannot be undone

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse the Service or exceed fair usage limits
• Remain inactive for 45 consecutive days

Pricing and Payment

During the beta period, Azetly is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce paid plans in the future
• Modify pricing structures
• Offer premium features for a fee

Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to continue using the Service under the new terms or delete your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Service's branding without permission

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Microsoft Azure (hosting)
• Microsoft Application Insights (analytics)
• Microsoft Clarity (user behavior)
• Google OAuth (optional authentication)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or store in the Service

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
